This Sarracenia flava was selected by Matt Soper of Hampshire Carnivorous Plants to be named after renowned ethnobotanist and television presenter James Wong at the 2018 Chelsea Flower Show.

The pitchers are a clean, lime-green colour that grow very tall in smartly upright clumps.

Plant photos above are of our Sarracenia flava var. maxima 'James Wong' (Green Swamp, North Carolina) mother plants. Divisions are taken from the mother plants and are planted into 9cm pots to be sold. Division sizes can vary greatly and will always be sent largest first.
