Description of Sarracenia × popei

Sarracenia × popei is a hybrid of S. flava and S. rubra. That offers a wide range of variability amongst plants that are S. × popei! Our popei produces tall, narrow pitchers with a pinstripe veination that gradually fades as you move down the pitcher.

This plant has fantastic hybrid vigour! It's a very fast grower, quickly filling pots to create a great display Sarracenia or give you lots of spares.

Plant photos above are of our Sarracenia × popei mother plants. Divisions are taken from the mother plants and are planted into 9cm pots to be sold.
