Description of Sarracenia 'Ladies in Waiting' X 'Hummer's Hammerhead' Cl. 2

This is a delightful little Sarracenia hybrid created by Stephen Morely in Yorkshire, England. Think of a plant with the colouration of Sarracenia leucophylla, the hood of Sarracenia psittacina and the size of Sarracenia rubra. It's a clump-forming Sarracenia that grows very vigorously to create a nice display.

Sarracenia 'Ladies in Waiting' is a hybrid of Sarracenia leucophylla and (Sarracenia rubra X Sarracenia psittacina).

The other parent, Sarracenia 'Hummer's Hammerhead', is a hybrid of (Sarracenia psittacina X Sarracenia rubra subsp. alabamensis) and Sarracenia rubra subsp. alabamensis.
